Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ZenWeave mobile application and the website at zenweave.app (together, the "Service"), operated by ZenWeave ("we", "us", "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Accounts

• You may create an account using an email address or a supported third-party sign-in (e.g., Google).
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
• Notify us immediately at support@zenweave.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. The Service

ZenWeave provides ambient audio for sleep and meditation, personalized affirmation generation tied to user-defined goals, session timing, streak tracking, journaling, and related wellness features. The Service is offered in a free tier and a paid Premium tier.

We are not a medical provider. The Service is designed for general wellness, relaxation, and personal motivation. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a medical or mental-health condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

4. Premium Subscription

4.1 Billing

Premium is available as a recurring subscription billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable store to charge your chosen payment method at the start of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected).

4.2 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through the subscription settings of the store where you purchased. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods.

4.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing period after notice. Continuing to use the Service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4.5 Refunds

Refund requests for subscriptions purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store are handled by the respective store under its refund policies. Contact the store directly for refund inquiries.

5. User Content

"User Content" means goals, affirmation edits, journal entries, mood ratings, and any other content you create through the Service.

• You retain ownership of your User Content.
• By submitting User Content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display it solely to provide and improve the Service.
• You are responsible for the legality of your User Content. Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

6. AI-Generated Content

ZenWeave uses AI language-generation technology to produce personalized affirmation lines from the goals you provide. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated lines are suggestions, not professional advice.
• Output quality may vary. You can edit or discard any generated line.
• We are not liable for any decisions you make based on AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Service — including audio tracks, design assets, code, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to ZenWeave. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or illegal content.
• Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions, rate limits, or security measures.
• Scrape or programmatically access the Service beyond official APIs.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

9. Availability and Changes

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Material changes to paid features will be communicated in advance where practical.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR CONTINUOUSLY AVAILABLE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZENWEAVE AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZenWeave from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZenWeave is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) will remain in effect.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ZenWeave regarding the Service.
